Inspiration

Rhythm, movement, colour, form, pattern, harmony – the art of the sea continues to inspire Warrick and is evidenced in his bodies’ of work.

Warrick has always lived close to the ocean and his love began at an early age. The ocean and littoral zone provided refuge, familiarity, and an understanding of constance through change.

His love affair with the ocean very much exists to this day.

The littoral zone refers to the transitional area between land and water along the shoreline, characterized by a variety of habitats and ecological interactions.
